Between 2013 and 2014, residents from across Mecklenburg County came together to articulate their commonly-held aspirations. Now, in Phase Two of the Mecklenburg Livable Communities Plan, more than 130 private, non-profit, and government community partners are coming together to make the community’s vision for a livable Mecklenburg a reality.
